On small projects LGI can provide turnkey, engineered solutions as well as full service engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services. LGI specializes in preservation and enhancements of mechanical and process systems, including vast knowledge and experience to rehabilitate or upgrade refining, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and semi-conductor industries. LGI principals have provided services as a design-build contractor for refinery, chemical, and gas units as well as for sulfur recovery units. LGI has provided design and construction services for HVAC systems, electrical projects, piping systems, and steel structures.

Our personnel have provided EPCM, engineering assistance, operations consulting, and start-up assistance in the US and Canada as well as globally. International locations include China, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Venezuela, Uruguay and other locations. LGI provided a front end engineering design (FEED) for a 250MM gas treatment plant in Kazakhstan as well as developed procurement RFP packages using GOST and GOST-K specifications.
